  2. Hi @pconkie

I will raise you a ticket on our Support Desk and get this issue raised to our Development Team as soon as possible.

If you have any issues please let me know.

    Kind Regards,

    Jay

  3. @ADT There is not currently an option to be able to select multiple mark schemes and turn them "On" or "Off", as you would need to open them and turn them "On" individually. Maybe one for @Matt or @Graham Quince if they have any information on the future plans for "Mark Scheme Manager", however in the meantime I would suggest posting this idea on our Frog Idea's portal which I have provided a link to below;

If you have any issues please let me know,

    Many Thanks,

    Jay

  4. @ADT As it stands the course it up-to-date and won't need changing unless we decide to change the home-work process which we have only recently released Markbook which is going to be our go-to homework management in Frog moving forward. Please let me know if you would like me to upload the site to your Frog platform and you can take a look at how it works.

    Many Thanks,

    Jay

  5. @nward You're very welcome and I have changed the ownership of the site to your admin account in Frog which should be in your "My Sites" section in Frog.

If you have any issues please let me know,

    Many Thanks,

    Jay

  6. @nward I have created the site within your Frog platform which the site name is "Frog Homework Course". Please let me know and I will change the site ownership to you in Frog and you can share this out to your staff.

I am in the process of uploading this site to the Frogstore in order for other school's to use the site within Frog.

If you have any issues please let me know,

    Kind Regards,

    Jay

  7. @DUNCAN LEWIS

You can access the data entered within the "Markbook" application > select the "Assignments" page > select the assignment that has the form included > select the student you wish to view results for > select the Green "0" or "1" icon like the attached image > select "Preview Assignment" > in the top left click "Assignment" > then click "Data Viewer" > here you can view results or download to CSV using the cog icon.

If you have any questions or issues please let me know.

    Many Thanks,

    Jay

  8. @nward

This would be more of a hardware issue which would be the ownership of the school rather than a software issue with Frog or the Frog extractor.

However, as this is a request for change I could suggest posting an idea on our Frog Idea's Portal to ask for an option to "import MIS documents per class" as our Development Team regularly check and look at including the idea's with the most votes.

If you have any questions please let me know.

    Many Thanks,

    Jay

  9. @nward Hi Natalie,

There is not currently works to change the extraction of MIS linked documents in the Frog extractor, however you can filter these by "Year" and "Document Type" and you can leave the extractor to run this process and it will close automatically once complete. I have provide a link below to the Frog Extractor guide if you scroll down the guide under the heading "Importing MIS Documents into your FrogLearn Platform" it explains this process in further detail.

    Link: https://support.frogeducation.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/froglearn---sims-extractor-configuration

If you have any issues please let me know,

    Many Thanks,

  10. @ADT I will create a support ticket for you as this does seem to be a bug bespoke to the widget itself as I have checked your Frog server time and it is correct and in sync.

Leave this with me and I will raise it to our Development Team to investigate this further.

    Thanks,

    Jay

  11. Hi @pconkie

I have created you support ticket for this issue and responded to you separately on there. I have also investigate this issue which I can confirm that this has now been referred onto our Development Team to investigate this further as the issue itself looks to be bespoke to the "Nested Page" widget. The expected functionality would be for the user to be able to select a page from the site and as you say in technical terms it should "ignore" the "presentation mode" when using the widget. I will update you on your support ticket as soon as I receive any updates from our Development Team.

If you have any issues in the meantime please let me know,

    Many Thanks,

    Jay

  12. Good Morning @turtes

Currently there is not an option in Frog to turn this "Off" within Forms. However, if you are not wanting students to be able to view staff when using the Forms widget I would suggest using a different field for the user to enter these manually instead of the "User Picker" field.

In the meantime, I think you have a great idea for Forms which we could look at possibly implementing this feature into Frog which I would suggest posting this on our Idea's portal (Link below) which our Development Team regularly review these and look at implementing the ideas with the most votes in future releases of Frog.

If you have any issues please let me know.

    Many Thanks,

    Jay

  13. @pconkie

I have investigated this and found that Frog uses mostly "Sessions" to store data when viewing public sites on Frog which is stored on the server and not directly on the users browser which is more secure than using cookies.

    This may have been changed recently by Frog in order for us to comply with the new GDPR Laws/rules and regulations. However, as this is a request for change I would suggest posting this on our Idea's portal as our Development Team regularly review the posts and look to implement the ideas with the most votes, and I have provided a link to the portal below;

    link: https://ideas.frogcommunity.com/portal_session/new

    Kind Regards,

    Jay

  14. @pconkie

The reason for this is due to Frog storing these sessions on the server and not directly on the visitors browser. The main difference between a session and a cookie is that session data is stored on the server, whereas cookies store data in the visitor's browser. Sessions are more secure than cookies as it is stored in server. I would imagine this would be more of a request for change rather than an issue regarding Frog.

@Graham Quince can you provide any further clarity on this?

  15. @pconkie

    Hi Paul,

I have been able to recreate the issue that you are experiencing as the accept button for Cookies will re-appear when you close down all browsers and reopen the browser and open the site again.

This looks to be expected behavior of Frog and the public sites used within Frog as these "Public" sites mostly use "Session Cookies" which these types of cookies only retain information about a user's activities for as long as they are on the website, meaning that once the web browser is closed, the cookies are deleted.

If you have any issues please let me know.

    Kind Regards,

    Jay

  16. @DUNCAN LEWIS When was the assignment start date? As the parent will only receive a notification on the day the student receives the assignment to complete it and not when the assignment is assigned.

There shouldn't be a delay for students from Frog, if you can provide an email address for a particular student we can investigate this further. I will create you a support ticket and if you can forward the email address on their we will investigate this further for you.

    Thanks,

    Jay

  17. @pconkie Sorry, I have checked this with our Design Team and they have confirmed that the boiler template does not include a footer container and you would need to add a DIV for the footer and style this up as you wish.

If you have any issues please let me know,

    Thanks,

    Jay

  18. @pconkie have you followed the below links which provides further guidance when creating your own theme in Frog. I have had a glance at the HTML code that is provided on the link and I was only able to find one div for the footer;

    Link: https://www.frogcommunity.com/app/os#!theme/introduction

    Link: https://www.frogeducation.com/community/tutorials/theme-building

If you have any issues please let me know and I will speak with our Design Team and see if they are able to provide any further help for you.

    Thanks,

    Jay

  19. Hi Natalie,

I have spoken with our Development Team regarding this and they have confirmed that there is not currently a limit on how many images you can upload to the "Image Carousel" widget. However, I would keep in mind that the more images that are uploaded to the widget may cause performance issues for the site and/or the widget itself.

If you have any issues or questions please let me know,

    Thanks,

    Jay
