Frog Feedback

A couple months ago we had a major issue with Frog Feedback and it overrunning our servers.  I haven't heard about it in a while and we don't seem to have feedback up and running again.  Has there been a patch on this?  Many of our teachers are upset as am I because of the amount I use this function.  We have a widespread support for the online grading and the support is dwindling the longer it is not available.

i've just asked the question and there's a hotfix due this week that should finally address the issues you've been having.   i know other schools have been running Feedback - but Talbot's set up is different.
