Well I’d say it’s needs a quick response..... or confidence in FrogFeedback my take a dint... which would be a shame!! ?

When we last had an issue... once it was fixed any work that was handed in before the “fix” wasnt fixed only new stuff which didn’t matter so much as it was only really be using it!!!!! Is that the case this time because this isn’t going to be a good launch to a new feature across the school! ???

You must have done something..... some sites I tried to download from the Frogstore have finally downloaded!! Have you given it some more resources?? Or just given it a kick?

Of course it is..... our server had an issue the other week and it had to be kick started!!! Were hammering it at the moment so files are taking a while to convert!! Could this be "tweaked" to make this quicker??? We've given the server more resources as outlined in the email the other day.... Could someone of that be used to help speed up the conversion of files??? @Tom

It’s not an instant thing... once you’ve uploaded a file it take a while to convert to be viewable!!! I could be wrong but it seams to be taking a lot longer to convert the files than normal!!!! @Graham Quinceis the conversion done on the server or somewhere else???? It might have something to do with lots of schools using it a lot more than usual? I might be talking rubbish here but hey it is almost 1am!!! ?

If they are using Feedback... then it should allow PDFs Word PowerPoint Pictures!! its not instance the files have to be converted!! And I’ve had issues with some files not working.... I think it’s something to do with special characters in file names with it being web based!!

Yeah ive been using Feedback for ages... it can be a bit hitty missy....... We've rushed showed staff how to use it..... and ive already had a few saying some files dont show... others do!!!

We already use a Frog form to submit reprographics work....... we can use this to send work and get that passed to admin....... assuming someone is there!! ?

OK so........ We are setting core weekly tasks for each subject for all students on Frog. They are being set by a designated person in a department (could be TALL or leader of course) per year group/course.... Staff can then "top up" if they want to!! Using Markbook's individual staff teacher can see what has been set and mark as needs be. Some of us are then using FrogFeedback to give students feedback if they have been asked to digitally hand something in. We have got FrogPlay turned on.... and i know some staff are setting these for some groups of students. We also use 365 to create PowerPoints, help sheets, worksheets etc and then link them to a Frog site so students can download them at home fill them in and submit them on Frog. Email is getting hammered by staff... and students!! No doubt we are using a million of these online quizzes, games, sites that we already use or are getting for free for the next...... however long!! No doubt there is more........ i'll add when i remember!!
