OK so im sure this is going to be a 5 mins answer....... i have a form on a site that i have shared 'Public on the web'. I have a image on the form but it doesn't show. The image is in a Frog Drive folder but how do i share it??? Ok where am i going wrong? @Graham Quince @gbligh @pconkie

Stick the wall on a new site and then embed it back onto the first one!!

@Graham Quince doesn't your Form checker widget do something like this... checks and group and checks them against submitted forms and tells you who has and who hasn't?? So you could knock me up a thing that check who has and who hasn't got a photo.... dead easy!! ?

Ok so I’m putting this out there!! I was wondering if there was a quick way to find out which kids didn’t have photos!! So i was wondering if there was a way to create a photo montage of all the kids in a year group... with the names under neath?? Go.......... @pconkie @Graham Quince @adamw

Ok so in Sites you have a select button (top right) which gives you the ability to select multiple sites at once, so you can move them etc!! Why cant we have a similar button for My Documents... i have to manually move each and every file to tidy it up!!! And it has alsort of files in it from every Imported csv i make to Frogsnap images.... to attachments to assignments!! https://ideas.frogcommunity.com/ideas/FRG-I-1370

See we don't use Frog for student data.... i map the username/password for Insight to be the same as Frog.... which is made harder by having all Parents/Guardians in Frog but only Primary in Insight! Makes the chances of mismatched data more likely!!

OK so we only create parent accounts for our Primary Contacts.... now annoyingly Frog knows who the Primary contacts are but doesnt let you know in the export!! So im suggesting two things... change the extractor to allow you to import only the primary contact!!! (Being a school with over 2000 students we have lots of redundent accounts) Or add a collum to the user export that shows who is the primary contact!! https://ideas.frogcommunity.com/ideas/FRG-I-1369

So i hadnt really understood where the issues was with this one!! Well untill i've experienced it!!!! So lots of school must have classes with shared responsibility... more than one memeber of staff for teach the same class.... but Frog only seams to recognise one!!! Lots of cool widgets/apps work best when they know what classes you teach.......................... so the fact it thinks you dont teach some classes..... even when they are on your timetable in Frog......... i dont get it!!! We use TASK Insight to for parent data.... that runs live queries on our SIMs server so partents can access current attendance data etc!! Other companys can do it........ granted they must pay Capita to be able to do it.......................... ?
