Okay,
So I spent some time at lunch creating a basic 'delete booking calendar event' widget. It's very bare-bones, but should serve as a good start for anyone to tweak to their own requirements.
It'll only show you booking calendars which you have access to AND have events that you have created on. You can't delete other peoples events from here (including admins, sorry) - this is mainly due to how the back-end works (it's fairly old code).
I've put the widget on the FrogCode repo - so @Graham Quince should be able to sort people out.
Just to reitterate, I've not fully tested this, so use it at your own risk and feel free to use it as a base for a more comprehensive widget.
Looks great thanks Adam. I think this does pretty much what we would like at the moment!

Hi all,
With the arrival of Frog Academy, I thought I'd share a rather new system we've built in case anyone else wants it. We needed a way for career information to be stored for each student, so we built a template, run the ePortfolio wizard and created 'Career Action Plans'. It allows students to add data about themselves to bring to the career meeting. It only has 5 dummy student accounts at the moment, but we are planning to run it for Years 10 and 11 later this week.
We have used the following:
- ePortfolio system
- Set Keyword widget
- Site List widget
- Form widget
- Data Viewer widget
- Notice Board widget
- Splash theme
- Crystal theme
Here is a video explaining it and seeing it in action. Let me know if anyone would like support with setting up and creating something similar. I do tend to talk quite fast on these things, so if there is any points I rushed past, please do pull me up on them!

Hi @adamw - is there an update on this one?
Cheers

I have just asked our exams manager to send me a blank timetable so you can see what it looks like. I'll send it over when done. Can I PM you on here @adamw???

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply, I was on annual leave last week
Feel free to send anything over and I'll have a look. Can't promise anything will come of it, but I don't mind having a peek and seeing what we're up against. Just a note though, due to GDPR - could you make sure that anything you send me has been anonymised first? That way we don't run into any data protection issues.
No worries hope you had some good time off
I'll get something out of SIMS for you and send it over - anonymised of course

We don't have FrogWeb in FrogLearn, but it may be possible to create a widget that can read data from an uploaded file (or even a file that exists on your internal network) and then render it out. Without seeing the format that SIMS exports this data in I can't be any more specific than that unfortunately!
I'd be happy to send you anything you need to test this? I can send over an example exam timetable in the format it comes out from SIMS?

There used to be a bit on Frog3 where there was a way round it - https://kb.froginfra.net/index.php/Exam_Timetables_-_Frogweb
Can we replicate this in Learn in any way?
-
Is this the sort of thing that could be added to the SIMS extractor?

@pconkie How would I add the printing credit too Paul?
Thanks

@Graham Quince can we get Paul’s widget? It would be very useful here!

I've found this video which shows how you enter the meeting room where 'The Reveal' is being planned ...

We use PaperCut here and there is no Frog link that I know of!

It’s working well so far, haven’t tried it on a public site yet though. All the department sites have a feed on them which is working well.

Hi all,
Staff and students are fed up of seeing this message when they open most files. Any way around this @Graham Quince ?? It would even be better if when a file type that can't be viewed is double clicked, it just downloads it straight away instead of showing this message. This is using the Shared Folders widget.
Thanks!

@pconkie Paul, what was the Excel macro you used? Was it for formatting the columns/rows? We have exported the CSV, however, nothing is aligned.
