Sharing a site with parents from one year group

HI

Does anyone know how/if I can share a site with parents of one specific year group. I am designing our options website and I only want parents of year 9's to have access to it. I can restrict the students ok, but I can't see a way of sharing with the parents of a particular year group.

Hi @ann

The Service Desk can run a report for you containing parents and their children and their year groups.  You can then use this to add parents to groups and then share with those groups.

This is something i am keen on and we have had conversations internally about squeezing it in for Dickens.
