    I put in some loaders and a preference that allows you to select only your own markbooks. After setting the preference and saving the widget you might have to refresh to get it to show. It's a bit odd for some reason ?

    I've just installed, but don't get anything in the drop down apart from 'Select'

    Does assignment monitor not show any assignments that have a future issue date? Lots of our staff are making tasks available from 20th April, but they don't seem to show in the monitor

    Not technically a support question, but our safeguarding lead is sorting out some GDPR options in SIMS. Which of the following would images of students on Frog come under?

    GDPR PHOTO - IN SCHOOL PUBLICATIONS           

    GDPR PHOTO - IN SCHOOL MARKETING 

    GDPR PHOTO - WEBSITE              

    GDPR PHOTO - SOCIAL NETWORKING

    Feedback on assignments

    We are using a mixture of Frog Feedback marking - mainly for Year 12 - and then staff are doing whole year feedback using messages within assignments.

    I have done this in the past:

    • Create a separate site with a File Drop on it.
    • In the widget settings, ensure the 'Individual' file setting is selected.
    • Share it with contribute rights to the correct group.
    • use the Insert Frog Page widget to then place the File Drop on an eportfolio template.

    This way, you can go the original site with the File Drop on it, and use the Download All feature.

    Need opinions - To Do list

    follow up question - for the to do list as currently coded, someone would have to add the items per individual.  Are you wanting a checklist that is written once and then everyone signs off?

    We have 2 use cases:

    • One which is per individual - probably for staff
    • One which can be added for everyone (maybe on an portfolio) which has the same options for everyone, but can be ticked off individually. If that makes sense?

    Can it have:

    The ability for the 'Add' button to be turned off. We could use this for student so we can add a list of coursework tasks, but they can't add anything to it.

    The ability for things to be 'ticked off/completed'' and remain on the list, but maybe greyed out?

    Even if the problem was obvious, FrogCode was broken last Wednesday, so I don't even have a way of fixing the issue!

    I would do this however I have no knowledge of what I"d be looking for in the console!
