We have just had frog feedback enabled and working nicely on the assignments. I'd like to start using ePortfolios, with the students having rights to edit and manage it themselves. Does anyone know if they use the File Drop widget to submit work, that I can use the marking feedback with it? on their eportfolio?
For your consideration: I saw this on a competitors platform. The teacher activates peer review and student clicks a button and they receive fellow students work. The reviewer and reviewee remain anonymous to each other. Ideally, Students would use Frog Feedback for this to work. https://ideas.frogcommunity.com/ideas/FRG-I-1249
Hey everyone, I've been looking into improving the registration attendance widget in order to make the data being shown more useful. I have updated the widget now to show the calculated percentage attendance, as well as broken down the graph to show the attendance codes, rather than the MIS statistical meaning. I've added a screenshot - please note that this is a highly exaggerated graph and most likely real data would be much simpler: There is also a new section in Frog Parent Manager that allows you to configure the 'present', 'absent' and 'ignore' states for each of the attendance codes - as well as changing the default description (which comes from your MIS system). If this was to replace the current view of the widget would that cause people problems? Do you use / prefer the current view? EDIT - So it turns out that keeping both the old view and adding the new view was pretty simple, so this will be a new "Attendance Summary (Breakdown)" option in the widget
A couple months ago we had a major issue with Frog Feedback and it overrunning our servers. I haven't heard about it in a while and we don't seem to have feedback up and running again. Has there been a patch on this? Many of our teachers are upset as am I because of the amount I use this function. We have a widespread support for the online grading and the support is dwindling the longer it is not available. Matt
