  1. Hi Duncan, I will create you a ticket and investigate this further for you due to this particular issue being bespoke to your school. Thanks, Jay
  2. We have recently put together a guide on how to set up your account to receive Frog notifications via E-mail which means there is no need for you to log-in to Frog to view these. I have attached the guide to this post which will assist you in setting this up in Frog, which also provides a trouble-shooting section if you are having any issues receiving Frog notifications via E-mail. Thanks, Jay Frog - Notifications Guide.pdf
  3. Hi @pconkie Please can you try and clear your internet browsers cache and data which should hopefully resolve the issue. If you're having issues clearing your browsers cache, please can you confirm which browser you are using and I will provide you with further steps for this. If you have any issues please let me know, Thanks, Jay
  4. You can do this by using the "HTML" widget. First, you will need to follow this link: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/page-plugin, if you then enter your Facebook page URL under the field "Facebook Page URL", enter your desired height and width of the embedded page window and select your required settings (You should see a live demo below this showing your page and how it will look on your site in Frog). If you then scroll below this window, click the "get code" button, and select the "IFrame" tab in the window, and highlight the code and right click to copy the code. Now navigate back to Frog and enter the "Edit" mode on your site and drag and drop the "HTML" widget onto your site in your desired location, double click the widget once it is on your site, on the left in the edit panel select "</> Enter HTML" and copy and paste the code into here. Select the "Save" option, and save your site. You should now have your Facebook page embedded into your Frog site.

    Link to sub page

Good Morning, You can link a sub page of your site using the "External Link" widget by entering the URL/link of your sub page. The URL/link for the sub page can be found by entering "edit" mode, and selecting the tab/sub page of your site, in the left hand side edit panel under "Link to this page". If you copy and paste this link into the "External Link" widget. I hope this is useful and has resolved your enquiry. Thanks, Jay
