Good day to you. 

We are having some problem with few users, including me, who are not able to save the updates/edits on the home page of Glenthorne School website. 

We are able to login, click on edit, make the changes but when it comes to saving it, it gives a error message:

Alert: an error occurred whilst trying to save the site. 

Please note one staff member CBY@glenthorne.sutton.sch.uk was able to make the change and save it, however our logins are facing the same error message:

• lst@glenthorne.sutton.sch.uk
• scl@glenthorne.sutton.sch.uk

Some updates are rather urgent. A quick reply will be much appreciated.

I have raised a ticket on our Frog Service Desk for this particular issue which we will investigate this further, and contact you shortly with an update.
