mmclaughlin
As of right now, our schools have a form that the teachers fill out and then it will submit a announcement. The announcements are emailed out to all of the faculty and they need to open it up to read it. I would like to create a form (frog or google) that can be used to create the announcement and would like it to auto-populate a sheet with the information in it. I am thinking like a mail merge and excel document. Is this something Frog is capable of doing? Is there a work around? Thanks for any info you all might have. Graham Quince
Hi Matt, So there's a couple of ways you could do this: Add all the staff emails (or a group alias) to a Frog form - this will email the form to everyone on submission Use the noticeboard widget instead - this keeps the number of emails down, allows for group-personalised messages on students dashboards and means messages can be set up in advance. mmclaughlin
We went with a padlet embedded on our page and then have the teachers enter in their announcements and I just approve them. Matt
