I would like to embed a Facebook page into Frog, is there a way that I can do this?

I'd like to hide these days from the attendance widget, but there isn't an option. Is there any way to do this?

Although it isn't possible to get completely 'live' data - you can ensure that at the end of the day, when parents check the Frog platform, that they are looking at up to date attendance / behaviour / assessment data from that day. Currently, if you just have one import coming into your platform - that is tied in with your maintenance schedule, it is more than likely this will take place in the early hours each morning (some point between 12 - 4 am). This is because the MIS import is scheduled to take place with the backup routine. The problem with this, when it comes to using FrogParent, is that by the end of that day, when Parents login to check their child's attendance etc, it will not include that day's information - because that won't be imported to Frog until the following morning. To work around this, here is what you need to do: NOTE: This is only available for schools that have Frog on a Server / VM within their school network. Any school that is hosted by us (has '.frogos.net' at the end of their URL) won't be able to do this. 1.) Create a second scheduled task for the Frog Extractor - to take place after the last registration of the day (e.g 3.30pm). If you need help with this step - please read through the attached PDF (bearing in mind that this is a guide for setting up the first task - you will obviously want to set up a task to take place near the end of the school day, as soon as registration has been taken and is available on SIMS.) 2.) On the Frog platform, go to 'System Preferences' > 'Maintenance' > 'MIS Import' and check that the latest XML file (containing fresh data from SIMS) that has been received is from that afternoon (from that latest scheduled task). 3.) If the XML file is correct, then you can go ahead and click the cog icon and then 'Run MIS import': After you have done that, assuming there are no issues with the import, when the parents get home and want to check on their child's data in Frog, you can be assured that it will be up to date for that day!
