Thanks for getting in touch. I do apologise, but there seems to be a slight glitch with the way some browsers display the pop up window that opens when you click on video evidence. If you click on the video that you would like to delete, you will notice that the top of the window where the setting cog should be looks "cut off". We are working hard to fix this, but in the meantime, the work around would be to zoom out on the browser. This will reveal the settings cog with the delete option. Please reply if you need further guidance on this.

That's a great question, and quite a common one too. The current background size on the Austen release is 1680 X 895. I would aim to match this size. Hope this helps. Do reply if you require any further help.
