Network Drives issue

Question

We have one member of staff (no others that I know of) who can't upload files to a network drive.

She can login and access it, but there is no "Add" button visible for her to upload any files to the drive.

See the screenshot below.

She is in all the correct network permissions groups.

Any ideas?

Hi @pdurber

I believe the teacher in question might be Contribute access to the site.  If it's on your staff dashboard, I can see that individuals are listed to have Contribute access rather than the staff profile.  If it is the case they need this shared with them, it might be the member of staff in question is not listed.

Could she be in a group on Frog that you have given specific Frog permissions to??  Just guessing!!
