Parent records

I was doing an exercise around our year 10 parents. I noticed that we have around 250 parents marked as "Inactive" and not MIS Linked.

Is there a quick way of removing them to keep things tidy.

Hi @pdurber,

You can now filter for non-MIS linked users and specific profile types within the "Users" application.
Using this tool you can filter down for non-MIS linked parent users, and then using the "Select" button you can select them all en masse and archive them.

I would recommend having a quick scan through the list of users the app find when using these filters incase you have any test accounts you would like to keep.

Where have these records come from, they look mostly old parents? Is there an end of year routine we're not doing properly?
