ADT Posted October 1, 2019 Share Posted October 1, 2019 OK so we only create parent accounts for our Primary Contacts.... now annoyingly Frog knows who the Primary contacts are but doesnt let you know in the export!! So im suggesting two things... change the extractor to allow you to import only the primary contact!!! ADT Posted October 2, 2019 Author Share Posted October 2, 2019 See we don't use Frog for student data.... i map the username/password for Insight to be the same as Frog.... which is made harder by having all Parents/Guardians in Frog but only Primary in Insight!
