Hi Alan,

When forms are answered by a logged in user, it will automatically record their activity.

The easiest way to make a form anonymous is to create a site containing the form you want to use, and then set its share permissions to "Public on the web".
You users will need to be logged out in order to fill it out anonymously.

If you would like a more detailed step by step on how to do this, please let me know and I will open a ticket for you!

Regards
Connor

Is there a way to make Frog forms anonymous? We want to create a student survey but do not want to collect any identifying data so that they feel happy to answer truthfully.

Thanks

Alan

You could make the site your form is on public and create a specific link (https://FrogAddress/banana) ...

Then tell kids to log out of Frog and then open the page!!

They aren't logged in but can compete the form so wont record their account data!!!

However if they are still logged in it will!!

Which is a bit long winded........ ;)
