  1. Hi Paul,

Each of your dashboards will be sourced from a pre-existing site on your Frog platform. For example. your platforms staff dashboard is simply called "Staff Dashboard" and can be located within the "Sites" area of FrogDrive.

You can make a duplicate of this site from within FrogDrive by selecting the site, clicking on the action cog and selecting "Duplicate". This could serve as a way of building up the dashboards "off line", and you can then switch the users dashboard to them when ready.

If you want to create a template using this site, the process is a bit different. This time you will want to open the site and enter "Edit" mode.
Once you are in "Edit" mode, click on the "Settings" panel and scroll down through to options all and all the way to the bottom. There will be a "Save as Template" button ready for you to use.

    Connor

  2. Hi @pdurber,

You can now filter for non-MIS linked users and specific profile types within the "Users" application.
Using this tool you can filter down for non-MIS linked parent users, and then using the "Select" button you can select them all en masse and archive them.

I would recommend having a quick scan through the list of users the app find when using these filters incase you have any test accounts you would like to keep.

  3. Hi @pconkie,

I think we will raise a support ticket for this case. It will likely involve us discussing certain students as examples, and I don't think that would be information we want to share out on a forum post!

  4. Hi Paul,

Correct! Though it has been a little while since it was first added to the platform! If you upload an e-pub document to your FrogDrive and preview it, it will open with e-reader functionality.

  5. Hi Sean,

This is a great idea! However we are unable to answer this query via the Support section of the forums due to it being custom code.

I have moved this post to the coding section of our forums. Either one of our developers, or a code savvy individual can now see and respond to you with a more adequate answer.

    Hope this helps for now!

  6. Hi Paul,

Are you referring to the "Random Name" widget or a different tool entirely? I can't find reference to another randomiser widget on your platform?

  7. Hi Alan,

When forms are answered by a logged in user, it will automatically record their activity.

The easiest way to make a form anonymous is to create a site containing the form you want to use, and then set its share permissions to "Public on the web".
You users will need to be logged out in order to fill it out anonymously.

If you would like a more detailed step by step on how to do this, please let me know and I will open a ticket for you!

    Regards
    Connor

  8. Good Morning,

These avatars appear to have been custom made by the post owner, so I'm afraid I won't be able to provide a download link for them.
It might be worth putting a reply onto his post to see if you can get hold of them directly from @Phil Stiles

  9. Hi Chay,

Unfortunately, there's little I can do to help with this. The main obstacle is that Google has discontinued support of the Website Translator. It is possible you could find the code elsewhere on another site, but it won't be the official code.

I have moved this post to the Coding section due to the nature of its contents . It is also possible that someone here within Coding might have already found a solution to your query.

    Regards,

    Connor
